I understand the importance of therapy and how life changing this can be.

Not only have I seen the impact that therapy can have on others, but I have also experienced it myself in my own time of need.

I know that taking the first step to reach out for support can be intimidating, but you are not alone. Life can be challenging, and my aim is to help people on their life path.

I trained to become a therapist because I felt I could put my life experiences to good use and give back to others. After spending years studying and counselling, it has led me to set up my own private practice.

I have also completed extra training in the following:

  • Suicide Prevention

  • Stress Management

  • Focusing

  • Emotional Resilience

  • Grief

I am also a volunteer counsellor for a local bereavement organisation.

I love being creative and have owned a photography studio for the past 25 years. To combine this passion for photography with my therapeutic approach, I use phototherapy. Phototherapy allows me to deepen my insight and build a stronger connection with you during sessions. Photos can help express feelings in ways not possible using words alone.

I also love vintage interiors and have a soft spot for animals
