I understand the importance of therapy and how life-changing this can be.
Not only have I seen the impact that therapy can have on others, but I have also been on my own therapeutic journey in the past.

Taking the first step to reach out for support can be intimidating, but you're not alone. Life can be challenging, and I aim to help people on their life path.

I trained to become a therapist because I felt I could put my life experiences to good use and give back to others. Spending years studying and counselling has led me to set up my private practice.

I've completed extra training in the following and continuously build
my knowledge through research and training:
-
Suicide Prevention
-
Stress Management
-
Focusing
-
Emotional Resilience
-
Grief
I've also previously volunteered for a local bereavement organisation.

I love being creative and have owned a photography studio for the past 25 years. I'm a wife and a mother of two daughters. I also love vintage interiors and have a soft spot for animals!
